Interior Painting
Preparation is more than just covering the floors with paper, drop cloths, or plastic. We begin by checking and determining the condition of the surfaces to be painted. Nail pops, corner beads, cracks, and loose tape will all be repaired or patched, and sanded before painting.
We will remove or recoat old and outdated wallpaper. The decision of whether the paper is removed or if it is primed and painted will be determined by the condition of the wallpaper and drywall. This will be discussed by one of our painting consultants at the time of the estimate. We will listen to you and work together on a solution that will yield the desired result at the best value.

Exterior Painting
At Seta Restoration & Renovation, we pride ourselves on our preparation techniques as well as our paint application. We always apply a thick coat using top-of-the-line paint from Sherwin-Williams and other top brands. Our paint is never watered down.
Preparation is the key to an excellent paint job. We begin by pressure washing the entire exterior, including any decks, driveway, sidewalk, and/or patio, to remove dirt, flaking, mold, mildew, and loose paint. We then cover plants, bushes, and other surfaces near the painting area.
Next, we prepare the surface for painting. This includes re-caulking siding, cornice, windows, and doors, crack repair, scraping, sanding, and priming where needed. We always use quality brands such as SherMax, Powerhouse, Stampede, etc., in our caulking and trim work. Once this important process is completed, we apply two thick coats of paint to the surface.
